Meet The Chef
Rebecca Freeman
Rebecca Freeman, the Executive Pastry Chef of The Club at Las Campanas in Santa Fe brings over a decade of experience in pastry creation. In 2023 she was awarded the coveted Pastry Chef of the Year award by the American Culinary Federation. She honed her techniques as the Pastry Chef of the James Beard Award-winning Compound Restaurant, and prior to that, the equally lauded Geronimo in Santa Fe.

Formally trained at Kendall College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, Chef Freeman sought additional education by staging in the pastry kitchen Alinea in Chicago, attending classes at the E'cole Valrhona in Brooklyn, as well as working The Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia as a Specialty Chef.
